The product question

How can a career transition feel credible without erasing the experience behind it?

The site needed to preserve evidence from complex project environments while making shipped digital products, current direction, and ways to collaborate visible in both English and Persian.

Key product decisions

Two directions, one story

Project controls remains evidence of discipline and domain understanding; digital products show the new delivery direction.

Native bilingual structure

English and Persian use dedicated route shells, direction-aware layouts, localized metadata, canonical links, and hreflang relationships.

Consistent interface

A restrained editorial system, responsive layout, and light and dark themes keep different content types within one identity.

Deployment as product work

The source is versioned in GitHub and production updates flow through Cloudflare Pages rather than manual file replacement.

Current outcome

A live, responsive website now presents professional experience, verified credentials, project-controls evidence, and published and planned products through a bilingual route structure with dedicated metadata.

My role

Product direction, content architecture, bilingual copy, interface design, React implementation, release management, and continuous improvement.
