The product question
Why does preparing an EOT pack still mean rebuilding the same tables by hand?
The contractual question is expensive. The first useful artefact is not a full time-impact analysis — it is a clean pack of what the two programmes already say: which finishes moved, which activities became critical, which logic and constraints changed, and what missed the baseline. Claim Digger lives inside a P6 licence. Cloud tools cannot see the file. A planner still copies rows into a letter the night before the meeting.

Exhibits a planner can attach
Each section is a numbered exhibit with a one-sentence description of what the table is — and what it is not. Excel gets one sheet per exhibit, starting with the cover.
Baseline when you have it
Two files are enough for the period pack. A third XER, the baseline, adds missed activities and finishes later than the baseline. Without it those two exhibits stay empty and say so.
Same privacy rule as the other P6 tools
After unlock, every XER stays in the browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept on the server.

The first version produces a copyable cover, six headline counts, and fifteen exhibits, including out-of-sequence progress from the current file and two baseline exhibits. Excel, a combined CSV, per-exhibit CSV, and print are included. Dates can be shown in the Jalali calendar.
